From May 8th to May 12th, 2024 Pearse Lyons Distillery invites you to join us to explore the rich history and heritage surrounding the former St. James Church, and how it came to be Pearse Lyons Distillery. Discover the stories of the tradesmen and women who worked in this part of the Liberties and what was once known as "The Golden Triangle'' of Irish Whiskey production. With burial records dating back to the 11 Century, this engaging tour will bring you through 800 years of history. The tour will also focus on the restoration of the St. James Church by the Lyons family from 2013-2017, before the craft distillery opened its doors to the public.
