Tours of Marsh's Library

Marsh's Library

Join us on a guided tour through Marsh's Library. Ireland's oldest public library has over 300 years worth of stories. Home to over 25,000 books, we've welcomed visitors such as James Joyce, Bram Stoker and Jonathan Swift in our Old Reading Room. We've encountered book theft, bullet fire and even an Egyptian mummy!

Our staff will bring you on a visit through the original 18th Century galleries for this special evening with Culture Date with Dublin 8!

Visitors are also welcome to look through our Gulliver's 300 exhibition after the tour.
