Stillgarden Distillery

Stillgarden creates Modern Irish Spirits for the Modern Spirit drinker. Their Modern Spirit concept is founded on ‘pro-social distribution’ this means that they utilise science, nature and community to create better drinks, communities and planet.

Stillgarden’s Modern Spirit concept ignores distilling traditions that dictate where, how and what a distillery should be and what it should produce. Unconventionally, for Irish distilleries, they offer a range of drinks in the lower alcohol white spirit and aperitif space.

Stillgardens’ visitor centre offers experiential experience, their Gin School & Distilling Academy where guests get a hands-on experience and learn about modern methods of distillation. Guests can also create their own recipe gin or vodka.

Stillgarden also offers a range of other experiences including an Afternoon Tea with Gin, Cocktail Masterclasses and Tasting Experiences, both onsite and working with Dublin Businesses to create exciting offsite events.
