Dublin 8 Festival Chorus
Dublin 8 Festival Chorus is an open-to-all opportunity to sing beautiful music in the stunning surroundings of Christ Church Cathedral. You don't need to have any singing experience or know how to read music to sign up, just a willingness to have a go.
We will rehearse at Christ Church from 6:30-7:30pm from Thursday to Saturday during Culture Date, culminating in a performance as part of A Celebration of Dublin 8 at Christ Church on Sunday 11th May at 6pm to coincide with the end of the festival. The music will be easy to pick up and suited to all levels of experience. Join us for this celebration of the rich tapestry of voices in Dublin 8!

A Service of Thanksgiving at Christ Church Cathedral with a performance by the Dublin 8 Festival Chorus. All are welcome to attend to celebrate this wonderful area of Dublin and the culmination of the Culture Date with D8 Festival.

Rehearsals each evening are 1 hour long at Henry Roe Room, Christ Church Cathedral
Accessibility
The main cathedral building is fully wheelchair accessible. Our sound system is hearing loop enabled. Guide and assistance dogs welcome.
The rehearsal room is only accessible by stairs.
