Louder Voices - Songwriting & Wellbeing Intergenerational Workshop

This workshop explores songwriting, journaling, and mindfulness as powerful tools for self-expression and wellbeing. Part of the Health & Wellbeing Initiatives supported by Smart D8 in partnership with Culture Date with Dublin 8, Rialto Youth Project and St. Brigid's Primary School the session is led by Irish singer-songwriter and mental health advocate Luke Clerkin to celebrate CDWD8 and Mental Health Awareness Month 2025. The goal is to help participants find their voices, express emotions, and challenge the stigma surrounding mental health through songwriting.

Location: St. Brigid's Primary School

This is a private event open only to children and parents of St. Brigid's Primary School. The school will handle internal promotion and registration.
