We are delighted to announce the full programme for the Culture Date with Dublin 8 May Weekender on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14th May 2023.

This year we celebrate our 5th year of the festival with a programme bigger and better than ever before. 

 

Over the course of the weekend Dublin 8 will come alive with over 50+ events including walking tours, family friendly activities, historical lectures, cocktail masterclasses, workshops, an outdoor cinema extravaganza, music and much more in all of your favourite cultural attractions, museums, parks, breweries, distilleries and independent cultural spaces. There's something on the programme for everyone, for local's and visitors alike, adults and families with children.

 

This year we will also commemorate 100 years since the end of the Civil War with a unique festival programming strand that reflects upon this emotional milestone in Irish history. (See Goldenbridge Cemetery & Richmond Barracks for more details on this)
