Our experience will begin with a short (2 minute) walk to the base of St Patricks Tower in the heart of the Liberties, the last remaining structure of the old George Roe distillery. Here your guide will share some details about the history of the area and the distillery that once stood on this site as one of Europe’s largest. Then, travel alongside your guide to the Roe & Co Summer Garden for an interactive Irish Coffee demonstration where you will be guided through the process of making your own delicious Irish Coffee featuring Roe & Co Irish Whiskey.
