Culture Date with Dublin 8 is also delighted to announce that IMMA will open two more artist studios to visitors this coming Saturday from 2pm to 4pm alongside previously listed artist Bharti Parmar. American artist Grear Patterson, whose work uses a stark visual language referencing contemporary pop culture will be available to chat with visitors in Studio 11, Patterson is on a production residency with Ellis King Gallery where his solo exhibition opens on Thursday 11 May.In Studio 12, The Mothership Project, a collective of creative parents who have just started a two month studio residency to continue research exploring radical and active citizenship, flexible working practices and exchange of ideas to contribute to more socially diverse and inclusive living. Based in Studio 13, Bharti Parmar, is a British artist of Indian descent whose work is informed by an interest in craft, diaspora and vocabulary. All are welcome to explore the studio spaces, meet the artists to hear about their work and what it is like to live at IMMA. No Ticket booking required.
